All transcription history is stored in a local database on your computer. VoicePrivate never uploads it. If you turn on optional automatic backup, an encrypted copy (AES-256-GCM) is saved to your own iCloud Drive on Mac, or on Windows to a folder (OneDrive or Documents by default, and you can change it).

No. We don't collect analytics, telemetry, crash reports, or usage data of any kind. The app makes zero network requests for tracking. The only network calls are for license validation (a simple yes/no check) and optional model downloads.

Yes. Every plan includes a personal dictionary. Add specialized terms, names, acronyms and jargon, group them into sets you switch on and off, or import a list from Dragon, a plain word list, a CSV file or an Excel workbook. You review the terms before anything is added, and importing never removes or overwrites a term you already have.

Yes. In Settings, Voice Commands, choose a phrase and the steps it runs. Voice commands never open apps, websites or files, and they only run with Auto-paste on.
